my vision
The longer I live, the more I realize that I still share the deepest values of my parents and the people under
whose watch I grew up. From them I
learned that great authorities, even those I was taught to trust, could be
dead wrong. I was taught, instead, to answer first and last of all to
myself.
Neither of my parents would tolerate racism, indifference to the suffering
of others, or the bullying of the weak by the strong. From the loving
example of my people, I inherited a fierce repugnance for intolerance of
any kind and a bitter distaste for all shades of dogma.
In response, I developed a ravenous curiosity and passionate love for art, music, science, discovery, and
the creativity that makes humanity not only possible but worth embracing.
I express my vision in more detail, as time permits, in my personal blog
Brain Change.

my mission
Correct above. Protect below.
It is my privilege and duty to fight the injustice that the powerful
perpetrate upon those who depend upon them with superstition, arbitrary law,
and insistence on blind faith.
- To help arm all human beings with the empowering force of creativity that
drives the free expression and the pursuit of truth.
- To disarm the wielders of dogma, propaganda, intolerance, and
enslavement of any kind.
- To assist those who are oppressed by the intolerance, ignorance, and
systematic enslavement of the weak by the strong.
